EMILIANO GONZALO ORELLANA CAMPBELL
Joined the Faculty of Arts at the University of Chile in 1996, where he obtained a BA in 1999 and the Professional Degree with a major in painting (highest distinction) in 2001. Since then he has performed activities related to teaching, so as in 2001 and 2002 he served as assistant professor Rodrigo Vega in the course of human figure drawing for students of third and fourth year, the Faculty of Arts Universidad de Chile.
Since 2003 to date, has taught several workshops in drawing and painting at various institutions, among which are: Painting Shops Growing Center for people with physical disabilities, between 2003 and 2009. Drawing and painting workshops at The Grange School, in 2005 and workshops on human figure drawing, watercolor and acrylic paint Space Endesa, to workers of Endesa Chile, between 2006 and 2008.
Similarly, since 2003, has served as a tutor of drawing and painting, an activity that continues until today in his workshop located in the municipality of La Reina.
Has made some contract work, among them: the making of portraits for the Fire Department of Providencia and several fire companies. And the execution of images to support the execution of various audiovisual projects like the movie "The Good Life" by Andrew Wood and TV "Chile recommend" broadcast on channel 13 in his two seasons.
Since 1995 has participated in major projects, such as the completion of murals of religious art in churches and schools in Santiago. These include the first wall of her own parish located in the Santo Toribio, in the municipality of Las Condes in 1995. Participation in the execution of the murals of St. Andrew Parish, in the municipality of Santiago, between 1997 and 2001, gaining more experience in large-format painting. The experience gained in this regard, it meant the job done in 2005 by the Community College of the Sacred Hearts of Manquehue to paint the mural in the Church one of the educational establishment.
He also participated in the implementation of Judith Jorquera project "The Raft of the Medusa wrecked in Chilean Coast," National Fondart winner in 2002, bringing with her technique and knowledge in realistic painting.
